I signed up for a lower level subscription, but I would like to use the Job Placements feature of the pro plan when I’m done. I can’t seem to find a way to change my plan besides cancelling it then signing up for a new one.
Great question. I don’t think there is currently a way to change the subscription besides cancelling it and then signing up for a new one. You could send a support email maybe about it.
Unfortunately you would need our help to do that. You can email us at email@example.com and we will help you. We will make sure we deduct your previous price from the new plan and so on.
Im surprised you say that because I did contact support about this last month… the answer I got was that I can log in to the account and change it.
The support person Arami said I should chose “cancel subscription” not he old platform and then resubscribe.
I need to adjust the subscriptions depending on the months as sometimes I work more and sometimes less… so pls tell me how to proceed.
