Help with premium membership


I have cancelled my premium membership because I want to order a different package.
I did this within the trail time frame.
It is saying “[pending cancellation]” already for a few days. While I do not have access to the courses anymore.
Could you please get in contact with me to confirm the cancellation?
I really want to get access to the courses asap again :slight_smile:

I did the same. No problem with me. Even got a mail if the new membership bill was ok for me afterwarths

Sadly the case is not solved and the support has not answered yet.
Yesterday there was a new weird development. I ordered the monthly subscription because I wanted to continue with the course.
In the midst of a lesson the system “forgot” that I had the monthly premium subscription ordered and kicked me out. For safety reasons I removed my credit card information after that.
What I want:
-Cancellation of my yearly premium subscription.
-Order of a monthly premium subscription.

My account information currently looks like this:

As you can see, the monthly subscription shows up in the “Purchase History”
but not under “Active Subscriptions”.

Could you please forward this to the support?

The issue was solved. It was just a little devil in the technical details.
